Taker caught JBL in the hell’s gate and tapped out. On Raw, JBL accompanied William Regal to face his Wrestlemania opponent Rey Mysterio. Rey hit a 619 on Regal and then a splash and pinned him. JBL was ringside and Rey dropkicked him. On Smackdown, Rey faced Chavo Guerrero. Rey hit a 619, then a splash and pinned him to win the match. Then JBL attacked him. On Raw, Rey faced JBL in a non-title match. Rey hit him with a 619, followed by a splash and pinned him to win the match. At Wrestlemania, JBL promised the most dominant victory in history. JBL hit a cheap shot then attacked him, without the match starting. The match started, Rey hit him, then hit a 619, then a splash and pinned him to become the new champion in just 21 seconds. Then JBL grabbed the microphone and said “I QUIT”.
