In the US, most Americans are taught that if you work hard and get a college degree then you will be successful in the end. Since America is seen as the land of opportunity, tens of thousands of people move to the US in hopes of doing just that. But economist and Nobel Prize winner Joseph Stiglitz argues that the inequality gap in America has become so great that the chances of those at the bottom making it to the middle or upper-class are bleak. Richard Wolff, author of the book Occupy the Economy, joins us with his take.
